On Friday, December 10, 2021, Governor Hochul announced masks will be required to be worn in all indoor public places unless businesses or venues implement a vaccine requirement. The mandate is in effect until February 1, 2022 after which the State will re-evaluate based on current conditions.
This includes all showings and open houses. All parties viewing the home, including the Licensees conducting showings, must wear a mask.
The homeowner reserves the right to only allow vaccinated individuals to enter the home and request valid proof of vaccination status.
